say no to racism

The real problem about racism is that people that have different skin colours get discriminated and not get thought about.

898691-b08e57bc-d272-11e3-805f-50e67a8c021e

Nicky Winmar was racially abused like this. “In a match for St Kilda against Collingwood in Round 4 of the 1993 season, Winmar was racially abused by members of the Collingwood cheersquad, who yelled for him to “go and sniff some petrol” and “go walkabout where you came from”. At the conclusion of the game, which St Kilda won by 22 points, Winmar lifted up his jumper and, facing to the crowd, pointed to his skin.” (Wikipedia)

Racism is not ok because people get hurt and people should be allowed to live as one.

keep-calm-and-don-t-judge-a-book-by-its-cover-3You can’t tell a book by its cover

This proverb means that you can’t look at a book and say “this is a boring book” and not think about what is on the inside of the book and it could be a good book.

It is easier to destroy than to build

This proverb means that it is easier to destroy than build because its harder to build a house because you have to do extra stuff. With destroying a house it is one simple thing and all you need to do is destroy and not do that much.

Seize the day!

This proverb means do what you want to achieve.
